Our History
Desar was founded in 2014 by Efe Rizvanoglu who aims to excel the experience that he inherited from his family over the generations. He spent considerable amount of time apart from his studies, at his family business operating in construction and real estate development. Efe holds a B.A in Industrial Engineering from University of Miami and Master of International Business Degree from HULT International Business School.

Construction and business experience inherited from family elders for 4 generations started in 1950’s which we would like to present some of the featured projects. Construction of extension part of TBMM (Turkish Grand National Assembly) was completed by in 1961. Then, Ankara Youth Park Walkways and Wedding Hall was completed and put into service. Subsequent generations completed the construction of Van-Hakkari Roadway, Hoşap-Başkale Roadway and Van Radyolink constructions. In addition, Van Özalp Private Administration Building, Central Private Administration Registry Building, Beykoz Abraham Pasha Grove Landscaping and Roadway Construction, Eyüp-Alibeyköy Roadway Construction and Bahariye Boulevard Landscaping and Roadway Construction projects have been completed.

Recent 20 years, our family has been involved in Turkey’s largest highway, high-speed railway, container port and dam construction projects. Some of the signature projects are as follows; Ankara-Konya High-Speed Railway construction, Ankara-Konya Highway construction, Hamdibey Dam construction, Borusan and Petkim Container Port constructions.

Our family and its companies are still operating various projects in different Middle Eastern countries, especially in Libya.
We continue to accomplish successful projects and works both in Turkey and abroad due to our family experience and know-how.
